48E/48R Real-Time PCR System is designed to meet the needs of small and medium sized laboratories, mobile laboratories, and on-site testing. Excellent temperature control and detection ensures fast and accurate results.

 Sample throughput: Comes with 48-well design and two models. 4-channel 48E can detect up to 4 target types per tube at the same time, while 2-channel 48R can detect up to 2 targets.

Fast fluorescence scanning: Only 2 seconds, all 48-hole 4(48E)-/2(48R)-color fluorescence scanning can be completed.

For the stand-alone operation the device can also be connected to a thermal printer (optional), the sample amplification curves, and CT values can be directly printed out.

A set of independent data management software is also built in 48E/48R for the centralized management and analysis of your massive experimental data, to minimize the errors caused by manual analysis of original data.
