Magnetic rack MR216 is used for preliminary magnetic beads purification of biological samples, such as Protein, Nucleic acid or cell-lines.

General Process:
• First, mix magnetic beads and sample in a tube
• The magnetic beads will bind to the target within 10 seconds
• Place the tube/s into the Magnetic Rack
• The beads along with the bound target will cling magnetically to the side
of the tube wall
• The remaining supernatant can be removed to obtain the purified target.
